LaDonna Lilley is our Operations Manager. LaDonna is involved with all aspects of the agency management. LaDonna is our "go-to" person for whatever we need, from answers to underwriting and risk management questions to fixing our computers and much more in between. She is a true wealth of knowledge.
LaDonna lives in Edmeston with her husband and son. She started working in the insurance industry 23 years ago and joined the GBR Agency in 1999. She enjoys camping with her family and friends.
When I asked LaDonna what she likes most about her job she said it was the diversity of her responsibilities. She is involved in many different projects along with the day to day responsibilities of managing the agency including building maintenance and negotiating contracts. She enjoys that each day has new challenges. LaDonna said that The GBR agents and staff are a dedicated group that are a pleasure to work with.
I asked LaDonna what general advice she would give to an insurance consumer and she replied, "Each person's insurance needs are different and you should carefully consider your options to properly protect your assets. Being an independent agent allows us to provide clients with several options to meet their needs."
